Jason Romanos
Senior Director of Finance
Jason Romanos is the Senior Director of Finance at JMP Statistical Discovery, interactive and highly visual statistical discovery software designed for scientists and engineers.
Prior to joining JMP, Romanos served as the CFO for Canam Steel Corp, a privately held manufacturer of steel joist and deck. He also spent 14 years at Caterpillar, where he served as the Finance Director for Backhoe Loaders and Telehandlers; Controller for a large manufacturing facility in Decatur, IL, factory; and worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions team. His early career included more than a dozen years in public accounting at KPMG and EY working in Mergers and Acquisitions and various roles in internal and external audit and consulting at both companies.
